freshening up

Now the spring days are here it is time to take your pram from out of storage and freshen it up. I leave mine outside on a sunny day, doesn't matter if it is still cold, but it has to be fine and a slight breeze is a bonus. I put the hood down and remove the apron and hand that over the handle and the whole pram gets a boost of fresh air if you leave it outside for a few hours. Sometimes just doing this is enough to freshen up the pram if it has not been used for a while but there will be more hints in future posts on how to get rid of musty smells and unpleasant odours. In the meantime, make the most of the sunny days and wheel you pram onto the garden and let the fresh air do its stuff. Did you know the best deodoriser is fresh air, that is why we should open the windows in the house every day, better than any air fresheners you can buy!
